The year is almost over, and you can already feel the excitement of things to come in 2012 as it approaches. February brings with it a date special to many of us; a day set aside to make connections with one another that really pull at our heartstrings, among other parts of us. If you think this day of love and happiness is Valentine’s day, please feel free to slap yourself. We are talking about AGRO’s Superpull, of course! What started as a small group of people coming together to have some fun over Superbowl weekend has quickly grown into a huge event that brings in members of the suspension community from all over the country.

This Superpull comes with certain level of somberness as we remember those we have lost in the suspension community this year. AGRO has chosen to dedicate the day to the memory of Arwen “Spliff” Rosa and Peter Tabaco. I can’t think of a more fitting way to celebrate the lives of these two incredible guys than a day involving so many of the people they loved coming together with hooks.

AGRO will be accepting donations for both families, and everyone attending is welcome to bring or donate merchandise to sell in order to raise money for this cause. They are hoping to see suspension merchandise and gear, tshirts, body jewelry, and much more being sold with a percentage being donated to the fund. The money is being raised for a great cause, and I am sure it will have a wonderful turnout.

Superpull 2012 is scheduled for noon on February 5th at The Mullet located at 10902 Kingspoint, Houston, TX 77075. I look forward to it, and hope to see you all there.

Thank you Nassau Chainsaw for the photos of Spliff and Peter on stage together.
